Self-Defense Bill Cho's United Taekwondo Center’s self-defense system incorporates the easy to use and common sense techniques and concepts of traditional Taekwondo and Olympic style Taekwondo and Kickboxing. Traditional Taekwondo – Traditional strikes, blocks and kick combined with the traditional values of the martial arts. Olympic Style Taekwondo – Incorporates modern Olympic Competition Sparring Techniques and sports aspect of Taekwondo. Kickboxing – Modern applications of strikes, blocks and kicks, are enabling even better stand up defense. Statistics have shown that people who know how to defend themselves usually don’t have to because they carry themselves in a more confident manner.
