Self-Defense

Bill Cho's United Taekwondo Center’s self-defense system incorporates the easy to use and common sense techniques and concepts of traditional Taekwondo and Olympic style Taekwondo and Kickboxing.

Traditional Taekwondo – Traditional strikes, blocks and kick combined with the traditional values of the martial arts.

Olympic Style Taekwondo – Incorporates modern Olympic Competition Sparring Techniques and sports aspect of Taekwondo.

Kickboxing – Modern applications of strikes, blocks and kicks, are enabling even better stand up defense.
