Quality Time, Built In
It's already on the calendar. Three times a week, two hours, the whole family in one place doing something good. No phone, no negotiation, no "are we doing anything tonight?"
We named ourselves Bill Cho's for a reason — and "Cho" doesn't just mean a person here. It means family. Every parent, sibling, and grandparent who steps on this mat becomes part of a journey worth taking.
Younger kids want their parents' approval more than anything else in the world. Older kids barely see their parents between practices, work, and homework. Our Family Class collapses all of that — a shared hour on the same mat, working toward the same goal, cheering for each other's belt every step of the way.
These aren't abstract values painted on a wall. They are the specific things your child (or you) will leave with — and they show up in real life, fast.

Earning a belt together is a memory none of you forget. Testing nights become family events. The picture you take next to the new belt? It hangs on the fridge for years.
Some of our families have trained together for over a decade. Their kids are best friends. Their parents grab coffee after class. The community is real.
Your kid sees you struggle, learn, fail, get up, and earn something hard. They will quote it back to you for the rest of their lives.
When the values of the dojang come home — respect, courtesy, self-control — everyone knows what they mean. "That wasn't very respect, was it?" becomes shorthand for a calm conversation.
Parents feel healthier and move better. Kids get stronger. Mobility improves for grandparents, too. Nobody had to nag anyone to exercise.
Wondering what actually happens in there? Here's the rhythm of a class — designed by Grand Master Cho, sharpened over 34 years.
Everyone bows in at the same line. Mom next to a six-year-old next to a teen next to dad. We start as one.
Stretches, push-ups, jumping jacks — adapted to each level. Parents may sweat more. Kids may laugh more. Both are wins.
Students are coached at their belt level — your beginner gets beginner attention, your advanced student gets advanced corrections, all in the same hour.
Partner drills are often family-paired — kids holding pads for parents, parents holding pads for kids. The dojang fills with the best kind of noise.
We close as one. The drive home is full of "did you see when…" — these are the conversations you'll remember years from now.

"A beautiful — and sometimes challenging — journey."
Koni Psyhos has trained with us for over ten years and described the journey that way. She's right. Some weeks are easy. Some weeks are hard. But every belt your family earns, you earn together — and the story you write together is the one your kids will tell their kids someday. That's what we mean by "Where Families Grow Strong Together."
