Better Focus & Listening
Following multi-step directions becomes a game — and the game becomes a life skill.
A bright, playful, structured class designed to channel boundless young energy into focus, listening, coordination — and a whole lot of laughter.
Little Tigers isn't a place to just "burn off energy." It's where your three-, four-, or five-year-old meets the very first lessons of do — the Korean word for way of life. Confidence, listening, kindness, sharing. Many parents tell us they see a positive change after the very first class.
These aren't abstract values painted on a wall. They are the specific things your child (or you) will leave with — and they show up in real life, fast.
Following multi-step directions becomes a game — and the game becomes a life skill.
Bowing in, saying "yes sir / yes ma'am," and learning to wait their turn — joyfully.
The class chant isn't "I can't." It's "I'll try!" — and you'll hear it at the breakfast table within a week.
Kicks, blocks, balance drills — disguised as games that build their body and brain at the same time.
The dojang is a community. Little Tigers learn to encourage, share space, and cheer for their friends.
From the first stripe on their white belt onward, every milestone is theirs. They walk taller. Parents notice.
Wondering what actually happens in there? Here's the rhythm of a class — designed by Grand Master Cho, sharpened over 34 years.
Shoes off. Big bow at the door. They greet their Master with "yes sir / yes ma'am." The class begins the moment they step on the mat.
Stretches, animal walks, jumping jacks — designed to look like play and work like training. By minute five, they're focused and grinning.
One technique. One word of the day (focus, respect, courtesy). One small mission to take home.
Target kicks, balance challenges, listening games. This is where the squeals of laughter happen.
Big bow, big high-fives. Little Tigers leave proud, settled, and (this is a real thing parents mention) ready for dinner.

"The kids who do best in Little Tigers? They're the ones whose parents stay and watch — and the ones whose parents take their own class."
Bill Cho's is built around families. Every belt your Little Tiger earns, you can earn too — in our Adult or Family Class. Many of our highest-ranking adult black belts started by sitting in our lobby watching their little one. Train alongside them. Make it a family journey.
