Finding the time and motivation to work out can be challenging.

Our lives are busy. Between work, family and other commitments, our schedules leave little time to get in a workout. And when we do find the time, the idea of the same old exercise routine doesn't really get us motivated.

Bill Cho's United Taekwondo Center has specially designed adult classes that focus on improving your endurance, cardiovascular health and overall fitness. Our classes are never dull or boring, and are filled with energy that is sure to get your heart pumping and put a smile on your face.

FRIENDS MAKE IT FUN

Bill Cho's United Taekwondo Center has a great adult to youth ratio. This creates classes that are age and skill appropriate, allowing our adult students a more focused level of training.

Training together inevitably brings you closer, and countless students have found valuable, lifelong friendships in each other. These friends will be there to challenge you, all the while cheering you on! And let's not forget; when you work out with friends you are more likely to stay consistent with your work outs. So you will have extra motivation to make it to class!

Taekwondo Knows No Age

There is no age limit on becoming strong and healthy. Taekwondo has numerous health benefits, and Bill Cho's United Taekwondo Center is teaching students from 3 to 93!

TESTIMONIALS

I'm thoroughly impressed with the dedication, hard work, and enthusiasm that is always present at Bill Cho's UTC. The masters are *world class* instructors, leaders, and people. You won't find a better place to learn life skills in addition to your Taekwondo and fitness training.

Within the four walls of the dojang you will find courtesy, respect, focus, discipline, lots of fun, and the best community I've ever been a part of.

SELF DEFENSE

Being able to defend yourself or your loved ones in a threatening situation is the #1 reason people give for wanting to learn a martial art.

Bill Cho's United Taekwondo Center trains your body and mind; teaching you to assess your situation, and react quickly and confidently to impair your attacker and keep you and your loved ones safe.
